How can I make an outgoing call through the API? The RingCentral API allows to initiate a 2-legged RingOut call programmatically. From the user's perspective it will work in a similar way as the RingOut feature on the RingCentral Web Site (more details about RingOut feature can be found here). The API accepts the phone number where caller wants to pick the call, the called party number and optionally a caller ID. More details and examples can be found in the RingCentral API documentation.

What can I accomplish with your APIs? The RingPlatform offers a family of cloud APIs that integrate voice, SMS, and fax communications, as well as provides access to communications data. You can tightly integrate all business communications with your CRM application; send SMS messages and faxes straight from your business apps; seamlessly initiate phone calls and ring out from business applications; analyze call logs to create reports and feed dashboards. See the RingCentral Developer Library for further information.
