To find the Stamp gallery: Open the RC call controller and click the send a fax button. It will open a window from where to send faxes. Press the edit button and you can see how the fax cover page will look like. Press the edit tab and it give you option for Stamp gallery. Hope this helps.

it would be better if each button pressed would restart at 1 highest level,

Greeting (1-Sales, 2-Finance)
1: Sales = 1-West Coast ( 1- Fred, 2-Irene, 3-Lisa) / 2: East Coast ( 1- John, 2-Rick, 3-Mike)
2: Finance ( 1- Lisa, 2-Sally, 3-Allan)

End user could type in 111 / 112 / 113 or 121 / 122 / 123 or 21 / 22 / 23 to reach the user directly bypass trees.

if a user is accessible by two extensions like Lisa can add 113 as an alias to her primary 23 extension.

This function does not work properly. I have numerous J-PEGS and other files with my logo and business cards saved. When you apply your logo it appears in the size of a tiny little box that you cannot see. There appears to be no way to increase the size so that it is actually viewable on the fax cover sheet.
