Mac McCarthy is a copywriter for RingCentral Creative Services. He managed editorial for custom publishing at DevX, was founding editor-in-chief of IDG Books, and publisher of IDG's Web Publishing Inc., where he launched four Web-based magazines, including JavaWorld and SunWorld.
Mac's other passion is wine: He publishes a wine blog at SavvyTaste.blogspot.com and is the cofounder of the wine-advice site SavvyTaste.com. He even has an Amazon Single for Kindle: Wine101. In his previous lives, Mac has been involved in several small-business startups.
