Customer Support Specialist
Divine started with RingCentral from the inbound phone Support department, bringing with her experience in systems, databases and applications. She eventually moved on to various roles within the company. Her initial move was to become a Specialist in the now defunct Outbound Resolutions Team, which used to provide email support. She then moved onward to become its Subject Matter Expert. From there, she heeded the call to become our present Online Community Forum Manager. She attributes much of her output to the cooperation of the various departments she liaises with on a daily basis, as she seeks to bridge company and customer information exchange needs that are not usually covered by the other more structured business units.
