  Hi Matthew. Sort of! Starting soon, RingCentral Office customers will be able to send and receive an unlimited number of text messages through their RingCentral numbers. SMS support is going to be a free add-on to existing Office plans.

    Are there any plans offed by your company that will not have this as an option?

      Yes – right now we are only offering SMS on Office plans. It will not be available on Professional and Fax plans.
