Having worked in marketing and social media roles for the last five years, Teresa loves interacting with customers and building campaigns that are both interactive and entertaining. Her priority at RingCentral is to increase brand awareness and engagement while having fun at the same time. She loves the art of transforming text conversations via various social platforms into something personified and humanized.

Elysia Cooper

As an Account Executive for RingCentral’s outbound U.S. sales team, Elysia works with a lead partner and does outbound warm calls. She has been with RingCentral for more than a year. Prior to joining RingCentral, Elysia worked in outside sales for a managed services provider and sold on-premise PBX phone systems. She is a Twitter and blog addict and is really excited to start working with the blog team and interact with customers as a part of the RingCentral team.

Marissa Richardson

Marissa loves the fact that RingCentral is growing so rapidly. She helps the company deliver high levels of service availability as the operations department’s primary liaison with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Business Development, high-profile customers and carriers.

Zafar Ahmed

Zafar is a metrics-driven SEO professional with a focus on optimization, conversion, retention and analytics. Zafar will be providing both SEO tips and innovative ideas on aligning business strategy with SEO.

Brooke Applegarth

Brooke is our superstar admin assistant and receptionist. She is RingCentral’s youngest employee – but her age has nothing to do with her ability to plan great parties for our company! Her interests range from communications to nutrition to social media to traveling. Brooke will bring you articles that show off our company culture.

Michael Ulrich

Michael is a Sr. Account Manager with RingCentral. He helps business owners evaluate and set up their phone and fax service. He has lent a hand to more than 2,000 companies seeking to find the ideal phone system. Michael has great passion conversing with prospects and uncovering valuable ways that small businesses can improve their communications in today’s marketplace. Michael has a background in both inside and outside sales in the advertising, SaaS, internet and telecom spaces.
